Return Window
We want you to love your ZOQUI products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

- We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address within 24 hours
- Pack the items securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package

Refund Processing

Are ZOQUI products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! All our products are made with medical-grade materials and natural herbal ingredients. They are free from fluorescent agents and harmful chemicals. However, if you have specific allergies, please check the ingredient list or consult your doctor.
How soon after birth can I use these products?
Our postpartum care products are designed for immediate use after delivery. The perineal wash bottle can be used in the hospital, and the full care kit is perfect for your recovery at home.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international markets — stay tuned!
Can I return opened products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products. Please review our Return Policy for details.
How do I track my order?

Are your products FSA/HSA eligible?
Some of our postpartum care products may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. Please check with your plan administrator for specific eligibility requirements.
